Available for both the Evolution Sportster (1986-2003) and Buell (1995-2002) engines as well as the new XB style Buell (2003-present) engines and components, these three distinct chassis designs make the perfect foundation piece for nearly any Sportster or Buell chopper conversion, and will help you build the custom of your dreams for a fraction of the cost of most big twin kit bikes or generic bike-in-a-box kits. The Original Mutant Buell Chassis
Long, low and dripping with bloody brass-knuckle attitude, the Redneck Engineering Mutant Buell chassis is the perfect platform on which to build your dream XL-based chopper. With 40-degrees of rake in the neck, three inches of backbone stretch and an inch drop in its wishbone style down tubes, it’s one of the best looking, no nonsense pro-street style frames to come around in ages, and with tig-welded 1.25" and 1.5" inch tubing throughout, it will be around for ages more no matter what you throw at it. Will fit up to a 200-series rear tire in standard configuration with the stock belt drive, but is also available set-up for wide tires up to 300-series. Best of all, it accepts a majority of the larger components off your Buell, including the entire power train, front end, wheels and brakes. Available as a frame only, or complete with pre-mounted body work.

The New Mutant Bobber Chassis
Looking for a vintage bobber-style look? Then the new Redneck Engineering Mutant Bobber chassis is probably just what you’ve been after. With a line reminiscent of the bobbers and board trackers of the 1930's and 40's, this chassis lends itself to old school springer builds, as well as cool new/old conversions using your existing Buell suspension components, brake system and wheels. The “standard” Mutant Bobber chassis is designed around a 180 or 200 series tire re-using the stock drive belt, but can be special ordered to accommodate tire up to 300 series. Tig welded from 1.25" and 1.5" tubing throughout, this new chassis will sustain decades of abuse, all the while delivering a show stopping custom without the jaw-dropping price.

The New Mutant Curves Chassis
If you’re looking to build a bike that’s guaranteed to get looks wherever you go, then the Mutant Curves chassis is for you. Using state-of-the-art chassis design, the minds at Redneck Engineering have taken their wildly popular big twin Curves frame design and adapted it to accept the Sportster and Buell powerplants to create a four cam chopper frame like the world has never seen. With it’s sweeping, curved backbone, single down tube and extreme drop seat rear section, the Curves chassis is like no other Sportster/Buell conversion frame on the market today. Add Redneck’s one of a kind smooth line gas tank and integrated oil tank/rear fender design and you’ve got a rock solid foundation to build a Sporty/Buell chopper that will make everyone stop and take notice. Can be ordered in an dimensions, including the 3-out, 1-down with 40-degree rake needed to re-use most of your Buell components. Standard Curves frame will accept a 180-200 series tire using the stock Buell drive belt system, but frame can be ordered to accommodate up to a 300 series wheels and tire.
